Installing Lync Web App plug-in

• Step 1 - Install the Lync Web App plug-in

  
  1. Enter your first name.
  2. Select Remember me.
  3. Ensure Install Lync Web App plug-in is selected.

• Step 2 - Run Lync Web App plug-in

  
  1. Click Run.

• Step 3 - Allow Lync Web App plug-in

  
  1. Ensure the Always allow the plug-in for this domain is selected.
  2. Click Allow.

• Step 4 - Allow Lync Web App plug-in to communicate

  
  1. Ensure the network you are using is selected.
  2. • Domain networks are for business networks with domain accounts
     • Private networks are small business or home networks using a workgroup
     • Public networks are networks where you are sharing a internet connection
  3. Click Allow access.

• Step 5 - Present Lync Web App plug-in

  
  1. Click the Manage Presentable Content icon.
  2. Click Desktop.

• Step 6 - Share Monitor Lync Web App plug-in

  
  1. Click the monitor to share.
